Friday Night we followed them to Mineral Wells for a warm-up show at Keefers. I have to say, I loved the hospitality in Mineral Wells, and nothing makes me happer than tacos - so the Taco Casa in the parking lot got a big rock on from Amy. The main reason I wanted to be there though, was so I could hear the new music in a bit more intimate of an environment. Which Keefers certainly provided. And the addition of all their hometown friends and families made it feel like a big, happy jam session. Danny was the comedy highlight of the night, despite losing his mic, and it seems like the bigger his hair got, the funnier his comments were (When Danny drinks, he runs his hands through his hair, so, the bigger the hair, the drunker Danny is). Holy Moly rocked my socks off,of course, but they also made me proud - as always - to say that I know these four talented, incredible, funny, just all around stand-up guys. So, that was Mineral Wells. Oh, and thanks to Jeremy's mom for getting me there safely, and making sure I didn't get into a head-on collision on the way home.
