Well little miss Lucy is starting to discover 'hats'. Anything that she can wear on her head, she will - and she thinks it's pretty funny, too. She noticed me wearing my bandanas around the house and took it off my head to put on her head. Ahhh, my very own little homie baby. Then, Charley has been cultivating a butterfly garden - and, the butterflys hatched while she was with us this weekend! One brand new butterfly in particular really took to his new mommy.

We had a BUSY fourth of july weekend! Ben, Andy, April and Taylor were all in town for Jenny's upcoming heart surgery, and then of course there were the usual family-style BBQs to go to. Lucy saw her first fireworks show, and we spent every minute in the company of family and good friends.
