Lucy in her Luckenback t-shirt from Uncle Lucas

This past weekend, we put Lucy in her new Luckenbach t-shirt from her uncle Lucas and had some silly fun!

First, we went for a wagon ride before it got too hot outside....

She is a very serious wagon rider.....

And when she needs a snack, she just chews on her seatbelt lol...

Back to deep thoughts again ...

Then, after a long wagon ride, it is fun to wear your shorts on your head!

Normally she wont let you put anything on your head, but I guess shorts are ok....

And then we went to grandmums where we played our new favorite game, "Jail"....

Where Lucy bangs (and licks) on the bars and yells, like she is in jail...

She is a mess, for sure....

Thanks for the new shirt, Uncle Lucas! As you can see, she had a lot of fun wearing it!!!!

Kindergarten Graduation

Our little girl graduated kindergarten this morning - and we are still trying to figure out just where the time went. It does not seem like that long ago that we were taking her to orientation and talking about how we couldn't believe she was starting KINDERGARTEN (!)....and now, here we are, in disbelief that it's passed so quickly and that FIRST GRADE is on the horizon. Charley truly is an incredible kid and has learned so much this year. I continue to be amazed by her on a daily basis, and proud of her beyond words.

Memorial Day Water Baby

Lucy is definitely a water baby. She looooves the pool, the tub, the sink, glasses of water....anything she can splash. This weekend she spent some time in Grandmum and TT's pool...

Fun with Lucy

She is a ball of constant motion, and always doing something funny. She likes SOUR things - despite the screwball face she makes when she eats them, and will yell at you if you dont give her more. And with her ever increasing mobility, she has found ways to get into things faster than we can get her out. Fortunately, she still fits inside a laundry basket, and, is too scared to try tipping it over to get out, lol. For now at least.
