I think it's like a rite of passage for babies, their first wonderful, messy taste of spaghetti. Lucy had hers last night, and in the grand tradition of first-time s'getti babies everywhere, she had more fun playing with it than she did eating it.

Orange Belt and Sparring...

After a little less than 3 months...Charley has already made it to Orange Belt at MKA! We are so proud of her dedication, her enthusiasm, her focus and most of all, her amazing attitude! Karate is not easy, and she has improved by leaps and bounds from the kid who started karate just a few months ago. And now that she is an Orange Belt - she gets to do the Sparring classes as well as the Weapons classes. Add that to the Gymnastics and the Belt classes 4 days a week.....she's unstoppable!

Daycare Babies and Sheila

We love daycare! Well, Lucy does....I'd still give anything to be a work from home mom. BUT until then, Lucy gets to have fun with Miss Sheila and all her little daycare buddies...

Feild Day at Mary Jo Sheppard Elementary

Today was Field Day at Charley's school, and Michael and Lucy were there to cheer her on! She had a great time competing (she preferred team activities) and kids from all classes chanted her name. Lucy was little miss popular - loving the attention of not only Charley's kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Prince, but also wooing the kinders as well.
