A Grammy, a Grandmum and a Great-Nana
Our girls our so lucky to have such wonderful grandmothers (and even GREAT grandmothers!)
Uncle Paul
He had some big shoes to fill. My papa did this for us when we were grandkids and Paul carried on the tradition this year with the grandbabies! The girls LOVED it! And Lucy is now officially two for two this year with pulling beards off Santas.
Santa Was Here
Of course since it was the baby's first Christmas, we didn't really expect her to understand what was going on - but boy were we wrong! She figured out pretty quickly that when you unwrap a present, there is something fun inside. And more often than not, it was something she could try to eat! Lucy and Charley both had fun Christmas morning opening their toys and Michael and I couldnt have been happier.
When Texas Freezes Over
Even our house looks more beautiful in the Texas snow. It was wonderful having a white Christmas, and even the dogs got to enjoy the freak weather! Well, Pistol Pete did at least. Buddy didn't care for the cold one BIT!

I sure did have fun spending time with my favorite neice Rease over the holidays. And I learned that if you promise to let her drive your car, she DOES not forget! And that making silly faces is the best way to keep her still long enough to get a picture of her.. She takes some pretty good pics, herself!

Mittens taste GOOD!
Grandma Terry (Grammy) gave Lucy some super cool mittens, that not only keep her hands warm, but they also keep her busy trying to eat them! She especially loves the squeaky toys on the ends!

Great NANA
Lucy loves spending time with one of her great grandmothers - Nana! (Nana is also who got the middle name 'Louella' from)...
